The 21-year-old performed in a grunge punk outfit of a white tank top covered inplaid, with contrast stitching and a plaid mini skirt.
The tank top showcased her toned arms adorned with different fine line tattoos from important script to scorpions and flowers.
She teamed the look with black knee-high stockings and converse boots, while she sported yellow lens black framed sunglasses.
Willow also wore a knitted blue, white and purple hat that covered her hair and draped over her shoulders while she sang.
The singer took to the stage solo after her immense success with THE ANXIETY and Tyler Cole on the hit viral track Meet Me At Our Spot in 2020.
Willow performed tracks from her four solo studio albums including the most recent album, Lately I Feel Everything.
It was her first live solo concert in several years, after she performed a virtual concert for fans last July.
During the virtual performance last year, she sang her old-school hit Whip My Hair and at the end of the track she made the powerful decision to shave her head.
Willow explained to her fans: ‘I’m always shaving my head at monumental times in my life, when things are really changing. And this is definitely one of those moments.’

The BBC announced only hours before the performance that the Sheffield-born band had requested for their set to not be shown live, but instead to be released on BBC iPlayer today.
Sharing the news on Twitter, BBC Radio 1 shared: ‘At the artists request, we will not be able to bring you the Arctic Monkeys set live this evening.
‘But you will be able to watch them tomorrow on BBC One, from 23:35.’
