According to , all went well and the businessman is now recovering at home.
It’s not yet known what the op means for McMahon’s WWE future, as a timeframe hasn’t been given for his recovery.
McMahon’s hospital stint comes after he resigned as the company’s CEO and chairman last July
In April, it was then announced that by the mixed martial arts promotion’s parent company Endeavor as a new sports entertainment firm.
He has also since become more involved in creative, alongside his son-in-law, chief creative officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque.
At the time of the move, he described it as ‘the best thing that’s happened in a long, long time.’
Asked on CNBC if he’d have made the deal without his Scan**l, McMahon addressed for the first time.
‘Absolutely. Because it makes sense,’ he replied.
‘Nothing’s ever happened like this before and I’m always looking at what’s best for our stockholders and our company.’
On whether the investigation into the allegations made him speed up the process, he said: ‘No it didn’t, in and of itself, no. But it’s right that we can combine all of this news together at the same time.
‘I’ve made mistakes, obviously, both personally and professionally… I’ve owned up to every single one of them and moved on.’
The allegations in question claimed that McMahon raped a female referee, something he has always denied.
He also denied paying other female employees hush money to cover up secret affairs.
