superstars Cody Rhodes and Shinsuke Nakamura fought in a wild Street Fight which saw a poor crew member get caught in the crossfire.

The two bitter rivals closed the chapter on their intense feud in suitably chaotic on Monday Night Raw this week as they locked horns in a brutal and chaotic main event.

Tables, kendo sticks and nun-chucks were the order of the day as the action spilled to ringside during the brawl.

At one point, Nakamura went to spray Rhodes with his signature red mist – which he has adopted ever since a year ago – but the American Nightmare was able to duck.

Instead, the timekeeper found himself very much in the splash zone as he got sprayed in the face, leaving him blinded as his colleagues rushed to dry his eyes with a towel.

This allowed Nakamura to gain some momentum and seize control as the show went to an ad break.

Back on air, he continued his attack only for Rhodes to catch him with a Superkick to block the Kinshasa, while a Pedigree only scored him a two-count.

He sent his opponent crashing through the table in the corner and followed it up with the Cross Rhodes to secure a huge win, putting their feud to bed with less than three weeks to go until the Royal Rumble.

After the show, the winner took to X and directly pointed to his plans to win this year’s Rumble – having emerged victorious in 2023 – and going onto win the world championship at WrestleMania 40.

He fell short in last year’s main event against Roman Reigns, but a victory on January 27 would put him in line for another shot at the Undisputed WWE Universal Title.

However, the path there won’t be easy, with CM Punk backing himself to win the Rumble and achieve his own WrestleMania dream, whilehas put him in the conversation to face the Tribal Chief on the grandest stage.

WWE Raw airs Monday nights at 1am on TNT Sports 1.
