Jade Cargill has shared a powerful message after the death of her beloved mother.

The 31-year-old superstar revealed on Tuesday that her family’s ‘last mother’ has died after losing ‘in the battle with cancer’, and she penned an emotional tribute to her family matriarch.

She wrote on Instagram: ‘You put up a good fight mom. But God has bigger plans for you. I’m so proud of you. Our last mother ❤️.

‘I know grandma and great grandma was there waiting, elated to bring you in. It’s never goodbye, it’s see you later. YOU taught me that. ❤️

‘Yesterday my mother lost in the battle with cancer. I will never question what God has in store for us, I am thankful God gave us such an outstanding, loving mother… I’ll see you later.’

Jade shared a photo of her mother at work, along with another snap of her holding her mum’s hand in hospital.

in October, just weeks after the former TBS Champion – who was the first person to hold the title and did so for 508 days – .

In a statement announcing her arrival, WWE said at the time: ‘Cargill, a standout performer who has earned accolades as an industry-renowned talent, will begin training today at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.’

Triple H hailed the rising star as a game changer in the wrestling world.

The company’s chief content officer wrote on X: ‘A dominant athlete who’s here to change the game… Join me in welcoming the newest @WWE Superstar, @Jade_Cargill, to the @WWEUniverse.’

Jade is yet to have a match under the WWE banner after on Raw, SmackDown, NXT and Fastlane in the aftermath of her signing.

‘I think the fan base should be patient. I think they need to understand we’re making a diamond. We’re creating something that’s gonna be a legacy,’ she recently told .

‘We’re creating something that’s going to create echoes and waves throughout not just the wrestling culture, but pop culture and beyond. They’re setting me up for success, you shouldn’t rush success.’
