In the clip, Zoe, 33, is standing on a wall while leaning against Alfie, 29, as they share a peck on the lips while ’ song Music For a Sushi Restaurant is playing in the background.
Zoe, who is currently pregnant with her second child, them hops off the wall, running towards the camera while brandishing her brand new diamond ring.
The couple immediately received a wave of congratulatory messages, with Stacey Solomon commenting: ‘Congratulations ?????.’
Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Dianne Buswell, who is dating Zoe’s brother Joe Sugg, added: ‘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️so happy,’ while Alfie’s sister Poppy Deyes wrote: ‘YAYYYYY ????.’
