was at the centre of a bust-up with his teammate Thomas Lemar on Thursday.
The Portugal international has begun training with Atletico after failing to convince to make his loan deal permanent.
Chelsea spent £16 million on signing Felix in the January transfer window but after a red card during his debut, the 23-year-old struggled to make an impact and went on to score four goals in 20 appearances.
Felix is now pushing to leave Atletico once again and cut a frustrated figure during his first session back last week .
The forward still appears upset with his current situation as television cameras caught him angrily throwing a bib at Lemar during a tense confrontation between the pair.
According to Fabrizio Romano, but the Spanish champions have not yet reached an agreement with Atletico.
Speaking on his  channel on Wednesday, Romano said: ‘Now it’s really important to mention that , in a direct conversation I just had a few minutes ago, told me: ‘I want to go to Barcelona’.
‘Joao Felix told me this very clear statement, he added that Barcelona is the biggest dream of his life since he was a kid and it’s his first choice on the market.
‘These are the words from Joao Felix, he added at the end of the conversation that if this happens it would be a dream come true.
‘We know it’s never easy to negotiate with , we know how the financial situation at Barcelona makes things complicated, so we’re not saying this deal will be easy, but Joao Felix’s position is very clear, the statement from the player is that he wants to go to Barcelona.
‘A very clear message from Joao Felix and a very clear intention to join Barcelona.’
