are not interested in selling Son Heung-min this summer, despite interest from Saudi club Al-Ittihad in the forward.

report that the Saudi side are preparing to bid around £51m for the South Korean superstar who has scored 145 goals for Spurs.

The 30-year-old still has two years on his contract with Tottenham so they are not under any pressure to cash in on him yet and they do not intend to.

reports that not only is the north club not interested in selling Son, the player himself is not looking to leave Spurs either.

Son had a really poor season by his standards last time around, struggling for his best form, but still scored 14 goals in all competitions for Spurs.

While not catastrophic, it was his worst goal-scoring return since his first Premier League season in 2015-16, having come off his best campaign in 2021-22 when he scored 24 times.

Clearly he is still a huge part of Tottenham’s plans, though, as new manager Ange Postecoglou looks to craft a team for a new era under his stewardship.

Al-Ittihad have already made an impact in the transfer market this summer, signing Karim Benzema from Real Madrid in a blockbuster move. Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante is also expected to make the move to the Saudi club.

Another Chelsea player, Kalidou Koulibaly, is also linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League, with Al-Hilal interested in a £25m move for the defender on a three-year contract.
