He then shared the post on his story but has not appeared to be active since the public found out about .
Fans are unsure if the post was connected to Madonna, given the inspirational quote included.
‘Josh, is Madonna okay? :(,’ asked one concerned fan, while the rest of the comments were from before the announcement about the singer’s health.
The boxer has been dating Madonna, who is 35 years his senior, for a few months with the singer confirming their relationship in March this year.
Madonna has been in hospital since June 24, after she was found unresponsive and had to be intubated by medics.
Her sons Rocco Ritchie, 22, and David Banda, 17, have been spotted out and about for the first time today, looking concerned as they went to her apartment in New York.
Daughter Lourdes Leon, 26, is also reported to be by her mum’s side and has been since the incident.
Madonna has three other children; Mercy, 17, Stella, and Estere, both 10.
The singer had been rehearsing for her celebration tour, in preparation for the sold-out events which have now been postponed.
