’ mom Tish has filed for divorce from husband Billy Ray Cyrus, it has been claimed.

The couple got married in 1993 and share five children together, including the Wrecking Ball singer and her sibling, Noah.

According to reports, they have decided to end their marriage after nearly 30 years.

Court documents obtained by state that actress Tish, 54, filed for a separation from the Achy Breaky Heart musician, 60, in Tennessee last week.

The outlet states that the mom-of-five claims they haven’t lived together for more than two years.

Tish reportedly listed ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split, and is thought to be requesting an equal distribution of marital assets.

Neither have publicly addressed the claims on social media.

They famously tied the knot in their living room in 1993 – where Miley went on to marry Liam Hemsworth more than two decades later.

In 1994, they added to their family with son Braison, and introduced daughter Noah in 2000.

Tish is also mom to Brandi and Trace from a previous relationship, with Billy adopting both after their wedding.

The pair have had a rocky relationship over the years, and have previously filed for divorce on two occasions.

Musician Billy initially filed to formally end their romance in 2010 before calling the proceedings off.

‘I’ve dropped the divorce’ he announced during an interview on The View in 2011.

‘I want to put my family back together. Things are the best they’ve ever been.”

After briefly reuniting, Tish filed for divorce in 2013, but that was also later called off.

‘We both woke up and realized we love each other and decided we want to stay together,’ they said in a statement in July of that year.

‘We both went into couples therapy something we haven’t done in 22 years of being together, and it’s brought us closer together and really opened up our communication in amazing ways.’
