According to , the Wild actress has now officially filed for divorce in Nashville, Tennessee and has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their split.
In court documents obtained by the publication, Reese said she and Jim signed a prenup in March 2011, adding that the agreement provides ‘adequate and sufficient provisions’ for their assets and debts.
Reese also stated she will submit the prenup and a permanent parenting plan for the care of their child to the judge for approval.

‘Reese is obviously disappointed and upset. She never saw herself getting another divorce,’ an insider said. ‘They love Tennessee and this is their focus. They will continue to co-parent amicably. There is no drama.’
